The third and last leg of their exhibition series between the German and the Dutch National Teams will take place over the weekend on Sunday, September 20, in Enschede, Netherlands.

The Netherlands won the first two games in mid-July in Wesseling, Germany with the results of 12-2 and 9-1. Also, the Dutch teams prevailed in the second series in Enschede, Netherlands at the end of August, winning both games with the results of 7-0 and 10-0

The German Baseball and Softball Federation has named 16 players for its Women’s Softball National Team roster for the games five and six of the series.

German National Team:
Lioba Biswas, Milena Böttger, Lara Brockmeyer, Fiona Brosch, Hannah Held, Lisa Kälblein, Larissa Keller, Lee Lankhorst, Celina Mac Kenzie, Anne-Sophie Rathjen, Mara Sandner, Alexandra Stüwe, Katharina Szalay, Claudia Volkmann, Jennifer Weil, Noemi Weyel
Head coach Udo Dehmel will be supported on the coaching staff by Julia De Jong, Robert Kovacevic, Nils Hachen, and Kilian Borjans.

Defending Softball-Bundesliga champion Wesseling Vermins features five players on the team, the Freising Grizzlies, Hamburg Knights, and Bonn Capitals each three. The Karlsruhe Cougars and the Stuttgart Reds are represented on the National Team.

For Germany, the exhibition series serves as a clutch phase in preparation for the 2021 Women's European Championship in Italy
