22 July 2008 UPDATE: Greece WITHDRAWS.
17 July 2008 UPDATE: POLAND WITHDRAWS FROM HOSTING EChMG 2008 IN KUTNO
Poland has declared itself (July 15th) unable to host the EChMG 2008 in Kutno, having transferred from the original venue, Brzeg, awarded by Congress. The ESF is pleased to announce however that the Czech Federation has agreed to host the event in the Club Krc in Prague, during the same week.
As there will now be one fewer team in the event, the schedule may have to be modified. It will be posted here as soon as it is reviewed.
3 June 2008 UPDATE: CHANGE OF LOCATION
IMPORTANT To: All Participants in EChMG 2008
The ESF has been informed that the Polish Federation will not be able to host the EChMG 2008 in Brzeg as intended. They intend to re-locate the competition to the Little League Baseball / Softball facility in Kutno, 125km west of Warsaw and will send all required information to participating teams as soon as possible. Timing remains August 18 / 23.
I will visit the new location on June 9 and will then write again to all Federations and participating teams.
