BackSoftball Strategic Task Force meets in Athens prior to the SportAccord conference
Sunday, June 1st, some of the European and African members of the BackSoftball STF met in Athens prior to the meeting that the ISF President had scheduled with the IOC for Monday to discuss the procedures of our campaign to reinstate softball into the 2016 Olympic Games and beyond.
The news at this meeting, besides continuing with the strategy already started about making softball much more visible in Europe, was the discussion about the document recently issued by the IOC about "Rules of Conduct for International Federations seeking inclusion in the Olympic Programme for 2016". More detailed information will be published once the ISF will report on the conclusions of this BackSoftball Task Force meeting.
