The ISF has made available a document that summarizes the changes made to the ISF playing rules at last month’s XXIV Congress in Venezuela.

ISF Director of Umpires Bob Stanton, who was a part of last month’s Playing Rules Commission meeting, has prepared this document of changes that are effective for 2010-2013.
