After the conclusion of the XXV. ESF Congress, several decisions were adopted by the Executive Council in its post-congress meeting.

1) NEW DEADLINE TO WITHDRAW FROM COMPETITIONS ENTRY
It has been decided to postpone the deadline to withdraw to March 1st, same date as the deadline to pay the Entry Fee. Article 08.03 of the Competitions Regulations will be changed accordingly.

2) PENALTIES
It has been decided to reduce the amount of some of the penalties and to add a new one which have been highlighted in the Financial Appendix.

3) FINAL LIST OF COMPETITIONS
The final list of ESF competitions for 2010 and 2011 has been released including appointed organizers. Following to the withdrawal of the Netherlands (Amstelveen) as organizer of the Championship Coed Slowpitch (EChCS), the Tournament has been allotted to PRAGUE (CZE), same period July 6th - 10th, 2010. There is only one missing Location for the ECWCWB which will be played in Turkey. The organizers will inform the ESF about the city that will host the competition very soon.
