The Technical Commission has received another candidature for the Cup Winners Cup B: DUPTNISA (Bulgaria). As the ESF had already received one candidature from TRIESTE (Italy) the assignment of the tournament will be subject to vote during the Technical & Competitions Commission before the Congress.

Reminder all member Federations: the 2013 European Championship Junior Boys is still without an organizer. Nomination is open until the Congress.
