Following is the text of the letter that the ESF sent to the Affiliated Federations:
"As there was no information sent to the National Federations regarding EChJG 2012, the EC of the ESF decided to arrange an urgent meeting with the proposed organizers before the end of February with the intention to have a clear understanding of the situation dealing with the organization of this very important Championship which included 16 teams in total. The meeting was held in Antwerp on Sunday February 26th, 2012.
