The Magos de Tenerife won the Men's Softball European Masters Cup for the second time in a row after 2019, topping the Denmark Old Stars, 18-1. In the Women's Softball European Masters Cup, the defending champions Italia LeZie conquered the gold medal as the only undefeated team.

Softball Europe President Gabriel Waage thanked Catalunya for hosting the last European Cup for 2021 and said: "It was a fabulous ending of this season. See you in 2022".

Men's Softball European Masters Cup
In pool A, the Denmark Old Stars walked a perfect path with four wins over four games. Following right after was the French Les Gaulois (3-1).  In pool B, the defending champions Magos de Tenerife won all games (4-0), struggling only against Tempo Praha (3-1).

In the Championship Game, the Magos de Tenerife dominated over Denmark Old Stars, 18-1, to win the Men's Softball European Masters Cup for the second time.  The Danish team started well, scoring once in the first inning, but the Spanish team responded with 5 runs in the bottom of the first, 4 runs in the second, and 9 in the third to close the game for mercy rule.

Les Gaulois faced Tempo Praha in the Bronze Medal Game. The Czech topped the French in a very tight game, where Tempo Praha scored in the sixth thanks to a sacrifice fly by Pitrak with bases loaded. Czech pitcher Jonas Mach pitched a no-hitter with 14 strikeouts to secure the win.

Women's Softball European Masters Cup
The finals of the Women's Softball European Masters Cup could not be played due to rain. The title went to Italia LeZie after a perfect run in the round-robin, winning all four games played. 
The Italian team had a top finish also in the stats both in hitting (AVG .511) and pitching (ERA 1.75).

The Dutch Old Stars (4-1) won the silver medal, and the Spanish team Euskadi (3-2) got the bronze medal.
